Versatile

TWave's powerful application equips experts with all the essential tools needed to analyze and diagnose industrial machinery. Our system supports a wide range of standard predictive maintenance techniques, including vibration analysis, ultrasound, temperature monitoring, and electrical parameter measurement.

Designed for versatility, our solutions adapt to a wide range of predictive maintenance applications—from small motors to large turbomachines. Whether you're an expert analyst or a regular user, the intuitive configuration interface gives you the flexibility to choose what data to save, when to save it, and how to process it.

Powerful

Our high-performance edge computing systems are engineered to diagnose even the most complex machinery. They can simultaneously process all inputs with hardware acceleration (FPGA) and are compatible with virtually any type of sensor, from IEPE to proximity probes.

Though primarily designed as monitoring systems, our instruments also support real-time data visualization.

They are suited for turbomachinery monitoring and include all the diagnostic tools. They can even register long waveforms based on a trigger with prebuffering and export the data for further analysis using postprocessing software.

We love to share!

We love to share!

We believe in the power of sharing, and that's why our systems have an Open Rest API that can share data with third-party applications, even in real time. This makes it easy to integrate our systems with any software platform.

Our instruments can also communicate and exchange data with other devices in the plant's local network using industrial protocols as Modbus TCP and OPC UA.
